CANCELLATION POLICY
We value and respect both your time and ours. In order to maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients, our cancellation and late arrival policy is as follows: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours (48 hours for tattoo) before the scheduled start time to avoid a fee. Any cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge of the total service cost. No exceptions will be made. Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in an automatic 50% charge of the total service cost. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may be accommodated the same day only if the schedule allows. If we are unable to complete the service due to time constraints, it will be considered a no-show, and the applicable fee will be charged. Please allow ample time for traffic, parking, or work-related delays when planning your visit.
